Your order is usually available for pickup within 24 hours. We'll send you a notification when it's ready in store.
How much is shipping?
- $9 standard rate
- $12 rural delivery
- Orders over $100 ship free
We ship New Zealand-wide.
When do you ship my order?
We ship orders on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
What is your return policy?
If you change your mind, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange a refund or exchange. Refunds are available for items are as new and in saleable condition as they were when you received them.
Refunds are not available for sale items. The Ink Pot does not cover postage for returns.
