We ship New Zealand-wide at a standard rate of $9 regardless of how many books you order, or $12 for rural delivery.

We ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange a refund. Refunds are available for products that are unused and in the same condition you purchased it.

Refunds are not available for sale items. The Ink Pot does not cover postage for returns.
